About Dennis J. Papiernik

Dennis started in the mortgage business in 1996.  He graduated from DePaul University in 1980 with an accounting degree.  Out of college he spent 6 years in public accounting auditing large privately held business as well as preparing personal tax returns for these clients. 

His career then lead him to management of a retail mall development company just prior to entering in the mortgage industry.

Dennis also is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, a designation that less than 1% of all mortgage professionals nationwide have obtained, is a President-Elect to the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals and American Foundations MortgageBanc won “Mortgage Company of the Year” this past March, 2010.

Dennis utilizes his extensive accounting background to assist his clients in the mortgage process and has dedicated his career to making the loan process as simple and enjoyable as possible.  Rather than viewing the mortgage process as a transaction, Dennis takes a consultative approach to helping clients design the ultimate mortgage that will allow them to maximize cash flow, reach equity building goals and achieve other financial goals.
